When you make a purchase at Wodson, you provide us with some personal data in order to make your operation viable. Wodson values the security of your data, respect for your privacy and transparency with you and, therefore, we dedicate this document to explain how your personal data will be treated by Wodson and what measures we apply to keep it safe.

First of all, we present ourselves socially and judicially, we are Wodson, registered with CNPJ 48.473.315/0001-82, headquartered in the City of Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, at José Oliva, 808, Monte Castelo, and according to the definition brought by the General Data Protection Law "LGPD" (Federal Law No. 13.709.2018), most of the time we will be the controller of your information,  Therefore, it is responsible for defining what happens to this data and protecting it.

To make this policy easier to understand, every time you find the terms "Wodson", "we", "us" or "our", we will be referring to the controller of your personal data and every time you read "user", "you", "your" or "yours", we will refer to you, our client or user of our platforms.

Every time we mention Wodson, we are referring to our affiliates, affiliates, subsidiaries and parents.

 

WHAT DATA DOES WODSON COLLECT?
During your experience in one of our stores, use of our app or other applications of the Wodson brands, we may collect different types of personal data, automatically for the purpose of verification, monitoring and control, or provided directly by you, such as for the completion of your registration. See below what personal data we may collect and in each situation:

During registration:
Full name;
Photo;
CPF number;
Email address;
Mobile number;
Date of birth;
Data regarding your addresses.

During the filling of the delivery location and payment method:
Billing address;
Delivery address;
Credit card details, when chosen as a payment method.

While analyzing and monitoring your purchases or other financial transactions:
Registration data;
Product type;
Quantity;
Value of the merchandise (unit);
Total amount of the purchase or transaction;
Nature of the financial transaction;
Bank account information and other means used.

Below we present the information that may be collected even if the User is not registered in the virtual stores, in the applications of Wodson brands or in the Wodson app:

While browsing the platform:
IP address;
Information about the device used for navigation;
Products and categories searched for or viewed;
View count;
Pages visited on other websites.

Below we present some information that will only be accessed if you authorize us. At any time, you can revoke this authorization using our service channels or the path: suporte@wodson.co

When using certain features in one of Wodson's branded applications:
Geolocation;
Access to the contact list;
Access to the camera.

Other information that may be collected:
Social login information, if you register through a social network account, such as Facebook and Google, and authorize this collection;
Information about you that has been made public by you or that is publicly available;
Information we collect from third parties, such as supplements to your registration data (name, affiliation, date of birth, CPF, telephone number, address, among others), score generated by credit agencies, if you are part of any Politically Exposed Person (PEP) list or an alert list (such as OFAC, UNSC) and other international lists),  among others.Information we receive from partners for the delivery of products purchased on Wodson's partner platforms, such as redeeming products in loyalty programs or any other platform on which Wodson may offer its catalog of products and services.
Information provided by you voluntarily, such as through communications with Wodson on social media or in product comments and reviews.
Copies of documents sent by you such as proof of residence, bank details or a copy of an identity document, generally used to prove your registration or validate your identity.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use personal data to ensure quality service and a better experience in your purchase. We list below the purposes for which we may use your personal data:

Registration data:
To enable the provision of different services available in our stores, in Wodson's branded apps or in the Wodson app (e-commerce, marketplace, cash-in, cashback, chargeback, bill payment, top-ups, transfer between payment accounts, payments in Wodson physical stores and off-us transactions).
To attend to requests and questions at our Call Center.
To correctly identify the User.
To send you purchased products or offer communications.
To contact you when necessary. This contact can include various subjects, such as communication about promotions and offers, answers to questions, responses to complaints and requests, updates on orders placed and delivery information.
To assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems.
To develop new features and improvements, improving your experience with our available services.
To consult your information in the databases of credit bureaus.
To carry out investigations and measures to prevent and combat illicit acts, fraud, financial crimes and money laundering and/or terrorist financing crimes.
To ensure compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation or to ensure the regular exercise of Wodson's rights. In these cases, we can even use and present the information in judicial and administrative proceedings, if necessary.
To collaborate with the fulfillment of a court order, competent authority or inspection body.
To make it possible to register with Wodson and open your payment account.

Geolocation:
To identify the physical stores closest to you.
Display personalized ads.
For sending contextualized messages via push (1).
To assist in the analyzes that can be used to protect your account and increase the level of security of your registration data or even prevent possible fraud.

It is important to clarify that Wodson uses partner geolocation technology, currently from IN LOCO TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO S/A, which allows the capture of location data, without you being directly identified, for the purposes mentioned above.

Contact List & Camera:
To make the functionality and features of the Wodson app available.
Browsing Data:
To assist in the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems.
To develop new features and improvements, improving your experience with our available services.

WHO WE MAY SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH

In order to carry out the activities listed above, where necessary, we may share your personal data with other companies in our group, with service providers, partners or with regulatory bodies. We never sell personal data. Below is a summary of these possibilities:

Service providers: in order for us to make our products available and provide our services with quality, we have the collaboration of several service providers, who process the personal data collected on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. These service providers act mainly to assist us in anti-fraud analysis, payment intermediation, marketing campaign management, database enrichment and cloud storage.

Other Wodson Group companies: your personal data may be shared with other Wodson Group companies, which operate under the same level of security and privacy - thus comprising our Wodson affiliates, affiliates, subsidiaries, controllers, sellers and advertisers - so that we can improve our products, services and solutions offered to our Customers and/or Users of our platforms, as well as allow a unified management of our entire portfolio.

Judicial, police or government authorities: we must provide personal data of Customers and/or Users, in compliance with a court order, requests from administrative authorities, legal or regulatory obligation, as well as to act collaboratively with government authorities, in general in investigations involving unlawful acts.

Potential buyers: we may share your personal data with other companies to which Wodson concludes a negotiation to sell or transfer part or all of Wodson's business, business or operation. In the event that the sale or transfer is not consummated, we will ask the potential buyer not to use and disclose their personal data in any way or form, erasing it completely.

STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We store your data securely in data centers located in Brazil as well as abroad. In this case of storage abroad, all applicable legal measures are adopted, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law and its future regulations, ensuring the protection and privacy of your personal data.

We adopt the best techniques to protect the personal data collected from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inappropriate or unlawful treatment, including encryption mechanisms. We emphasize, however, that no platform is completely secure. If you have any concerns or suspicions that your data is at risk, please contact us through our service channels and we will be happy to assist you promptly.

Your personal data will be kept for as long as you are an active Wodson customer. After this period, we may store your personal data for an additional period for audit purposes, to enable us to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We will retain your data for the necessary period, respecting the deadlines established in the applicable legislation.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

We may use certain tracking technologies to collect information about activities performed on our platforms or on the Wodson App in an automated manner. The information collected through such technologies is used to perform application performance metrics, identify problems in use, capture the behavior of Users in general and collect content impression data.
See below some of the technologies that may be present in the Wodson App:
Cookies: A cookie is a small file added to the User's device to provide a personalized experience of accessing the platform. Cookies help analyze internet traffic and allow us to know when the User has visited a specific website. A cookie does not give access to a computer or reveal information other than the data you choose to share with us.
Pixels: Pixels are pieces of installed JavaScript code added to our applications, websites or in the body of an email, for the purpose of tracking and collecting information about users' activities, allowing the identification of their access patterns, navigation, interest and product purchases, and optimizing them to optimize the targeting of content.
Web beacon: Web beacon is a technique that allows you to map who is visiting a particular web page by identifying user behavior with different websites or web servers.
Analytics tools: These tools may collect information about how Users visit one of our stores, the Wodson App, or other Wodson Group branded applications, which pages they visit and when they visit those pages, other websites that have been visited before, and others.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

Some of your personal data may be transferred to other countries, for example, when we use cloud computing services for data processing or storage, located outside of Brazil. But don't worry, Wodson also observes in these situations all the requirements established in current legislation, and adopts the best market practices in order to ensure the protection and privacy of your personal data.
