Are the products national or imported?

Our products are mixed, some products with a small Brazilian flag next to it, means that it is national, products with flags of other countries such as Switzerland, Germany, China, United States and more, will be imported products and these, will take a longer time to arrive at your home, however, all assured with a satisfaction guarantee.

Question 2

Can I buy a product as a gift and put it in another address for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! However, if the person who is going to receive it is not at home at the time of delivery, it is possible that the gift will be at the nearest Post Office. Stay tuned!

Our tip is that you request delivery to your own home and then deliver it in person if the person lives close to you, if the person lives far away, be sure of the presence of someone at the residence to receive the product.

Is it possible to pay for purchases in installments?

Accepted Answer

Not yet, just installments on credit! Our administrative department is studying together with the financial department the possibility and business risks to open up this possibility. If approved, we will add it as a new payment method on the website! ;)
